This is the perfect opportunity for
someone who wants to learn the health insurance industry. The Sales
Support Assistant is an entry-level salaried position which requires in-
and outbound telephoning for warm and cold leads. As your product
knowledge grows, you will begin to give product descriptions over the
phone; including underwriting questions and proposals. This position
prepares your practical knowledge of what an agent must do to be
successful while training you to interact with prospects and current
clients. The transition into a licensed agent is much easier because
you have the basic knowledge needed to be a well-informed member
of our team.
Because this is a salaried position,
you are entitled to agency benefits after satisfying a standard
probationary period. These benefits include health and dental
